• Associate Executive Director: Must have a minimum of 5 years in Camp Management or a very closely related field. Applicant must have a Bachelors or Masters degree or better. Successful applicant will be required to live on the PBA campus. This is a Administrative Team leadership salaried position. Benifits include familiy medical insurance, paid vacation time, retirement, housing and utilities.

• Office Associate: Should have a minimum of 2 years in Camp Ministry or a closely related field. Applicant MUST have experience and deep working knowledge in Quickbooks and ALL Microsoft Office applications (Exel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, etc.). Applicant MUST be willing to work some weekends and holidays on demand. Applicant MUST be able to demonstrate confidential trust. This is an hourly position but could lead to a trusted administrative leadership team position in the future.
